This place is the definition of overhyped. I honestly don't understand why anyone recommends it. The barbecue was a huge letdown, and the whole experience was disappointing from start to finish. It seems like the owner is more interested in chasing social media attention than serving great food, and it shows. If you're looking for real barbecue, I'd spend my money somewhere else. I won't be back, and I definitely can't recommend this place.
This is the BEST place for BBQ and amazing dishes..AND homemade desserts! 😍 This is the third time we have eaten here….still amazing. There are booths and tables for seating, Coke products in the fountain, cucumber water, sweet tea and non sweet tea also available. Restaurant layout, parking lot and front door are handicapped friendly! You order as you walk in at the high top and slide on down the way to pay (SO worth it!) I will Definitly will be telling everyone to stop in when passing through like i did! Excellent food and even better people.
Food was absolutely delicious. The meat was tender and most. The Mac and cheese was good but tasted just like the frozen Stouffer's we use on base.
Located in a historic Route 66 location with homemade flavors! Incredible ribs and sides. Had a taste of smoked turkey, DELISH! If you haven't tried them ....GO! The people are great, food is incredible and the nostalgia is abundant. Love, loved, loved it!
