Hello from New Mexico! Purchased the Model #2 smoker about a month ago and genuinely one happy customer. My expectations of this product have been exceeded two fold. The build construction and operation of this unit is solid as well as living up to the NSF rating in my opinion. Extremely easy to clean, honestly takes about 30-45 minutes, but think I'm probably going overboard. Had the model one and finally moved up to the model three! It was delivered in three days, great packaging with zero damage! Awesome product and great customer service!!! You will not be disappointed !!!
These guys are on it! I ordered a part for my smoker early afternoon on a Friday and it was sitting on my doorstep in less than 24 hours on Saturday!!
