Unfortunately I went to get BBQ at the owners (Michael Crow) camper when I met him and I was immediately concerned about the safety of the food he was serving me. All cutting boards and pans were placed outside and he grabbed one off the shelf outside and put food into it. He did not clean the pans or anything either. He then went into his food truck and put toppings on my food with his bare hands. I would put zero stars if I could. Everyone be careful of this Buisness. The owner Michael Crow doesn’t care about other people’s health and well being. He cooks and prepares his food outside without gloves and without hand washing. He also sells food that is multiple days old. (4 to 5 days old to be exact) None of his sides are homemade like advertised and I have personally seen him use his bare unwashed hands to mix things together. Das Essen war durchweg fantastisch – wir hatten Brisket und Chicken, alles herrlich zart, perfekt gegart und unglaublich gut gewürzt. My husband and I LOVED getting to work with Smokin Crows BBQ for our wedding. We got married at Ever After Farms Ranch last month and had the best day of our lives! The team is incredible and the owners are a dream. They were so attentive and helpful from the beginning questions all the way through many communications to last minute changes. They have the best food and the best people!! Highly recommend for anyone needing the perfect caterers for their South FL wedding.
