Smokin' Blue BBQ is an AWESOME company and SO DELICIOUS! I had them cater my family reunion on July 8, 2023. We had an outdoor party with 55 people. The ordering process was very easy. They calculated the amount of food very well. We like leftovers and there was plenty. They delivered right on time and set up everything very efficiently. Smokin Blue catered our party this weekend. The brisket and Mac & cheese are our favorites. We received so many favorable comments from our guests and they all wanted to who was the caterer. Leading up to the event, we worked closely with them to determine the right amount of food and the delivery time. We ordered Smokin Blue BBQ for my son's 2nd birthday party for a group of 30. Communication and scheduling was great and simple. I thought the pricing was very reasonable.
