We wanted to take a moment to thank Emmett & Rebecca and their team at Smokin' Blue BBQ for all of their recent efforts for our employee picnic. They catered our event of about 120 people and we got wonderful feedback from our employees about how delicious the food was. Highly, highly recommend! We hired Smokin Blue BBQ for our wedding on 9.6.25 in Burlington, WI. We had 110 guests & served brisket, pulled pork, mac n cheese, baked beans, green beans & cornbread. Everything was excellent!!! It was served hot, the meat was juicy, & the mac n cheese was creamy. All our guests absolutely loved it and many asked who catered it. We catered Smokin' Blue BBQ for our wedding in Lake Geneva and it was fantastic!!! From the service to the quality of the food, we could not have asked for anything better. Everyone said how great the food was especially the brisket. We truly couldn’t recommend them more!

Hands down the best BBQ chicken I've ever had! we ordered catering for a large party. they were quick to reply to our initial request. best part....they offered delivery service. on the day of the party we didn't have to worry about going and picking up.
