Amazing food. Good communication. They cater to your needs! Big or small. We had about 150 people for a graduation party in Lake Geneva. Perfect amount of food and so good! Lots of compliments. I recommend the chopped brisket and the cornbread. Thanks Smokin' Blue BBQ!
We had Smokin Blue cater our wedding in Burlington, WI at Mercantile Hall and they were amazing! We had SO many of our guests come up to us raving about the bbq buffet and appetizers. My personal favorites were the pulled chicken, potato salad, meatballs and mac & cheese. As the bride, Smokin Blue made our day smooth and our guests well fed & satisfied. Highly recommend!
We used Smokin' Blue BBQ for our wedding and would do so again in a heartbeat. The food was delicious! Everyone was raving about the mac n' cheese during the reception. We would recommend them for any catering needs if you are looking for great food and great communication.
We purchased several sides for our party—coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans and cornbread. Everything was excellent!! Numerous compliments and questions about where it was from. Will definitely use again in the future!
