This is an unbelievable business! The food is awesome, super professional and great communication. These are some of the best ribs I've ever had, super tender with a great smoke ring. The pulled pork was moist and full of flavor. We had them cater for 80 people, and they had no problem handling this with a one week notice. Our event was held at a local park pavilion about 30 Mi away and they had no issues with great delivery service on time. You won't beat the pricing anywhere. Smokin’ Blue catered for our wedding 6/6/26 at 1841 Farms & Vineyard. We were absolutely blown away with the set up, professionalism of everyone working, and most importantly the food! It is 2 months after our special day and we are STILL hearing about how great the food was. We will definitely be recommending Smokin’ Blue to all of our family and friends, and hopefully we can cater through them again soon (we are craving the brisket!):). Smokin’ Blue catered our wedding last month and we were so pleased. They were very easy to work with, provided a very attractive buffet table setup, and were super affordable for the quality! Our guests were literally fighting over their mac and cheese and we got only compliments on how delicious the food was. Even as a busy bride I scored some apps and finished my whole plate of food. 10/10 recommend!!
The food was absolutely amazing. We received so many compliments from all of our guests about how delicious it was - the pork, Mac n cheese, corn bread, all of it!! The ordering process was so simple; emails were answered promptly and they were very accommodating with adjustments to the order.
