I had the pleasure of working with Emmett and his team recently at a wedding I planned in a family barn. He was very easy to work with and his attention to detail was wonderful. He arrived on time at the event and set everything up in a very professional and inconspicuous manner. The food was wonderful and many were raving about his brisket as well as everthing else. We wanted to take a moment to thank Emmett & Rebecca and their team at Smokin' Blue BBQ for all of their recent efforts for our employee picnic. They catered our event of about 120 people and we got wonderful feedback from our employees about how delicious the food was. Highly, highly recommend! We hired Smokin Blue BBQ for our wedding on 9.6.25 in Burlington, WI. We had 110 guests & served brisket, pulled pork, mac n cheese, baked beans, green beans & cornbread. Everything was excellent!!! It was served hot, the meat was juicy, & the mac n cheese was creamy. All our guests absolutely loved it and many asked who catered it. We catered Smokin' Blue BBQ for our wedding in Lake Geneva and it was fantastic!!! From the service to the quality of the food, we could not have asked for anything better. Everyone said how great the food was especially the brisket. We truly couldn’t recommend them more!
