They suck and are thieves. I pd for something, but it was the wrong product so I went right back into the store and said this isn't the right one I need this one he couldn't give me the money that he owed me back because the second product was less money so he said I'll give you a 10-dollar credit just give me your name and phone number and the next time you come you give your name and phone number well that didn't happen the guy was like do you have a receipt do you know who you talk to what did he look like I was like you ... read more
I went in cause I thought the shop looked sick. As I was taking photos they thought I wanted to steal their business (I don’t) but I have to respect those employees for caring so much about their job. Overall shop looks very nice, employees are nice too but they overreacted to me taking photos. Wish yall the best.
I am trying out this vape shop for the first time. Twin assisted me and was knowledgeable and courteous. Their pricing was fair and competitive. I definitely love their store hours, most convenient for a busy life. The store was nicely set up, organized and clean. I plan on returning.
Had a wonderful experience! Stopped in on Thanksgiving day(we are visiting from out of town)for giggles and was absolutely stunned when I walked in the door! First the place is BEAUTIFUL!!! STUNNING!! The customer service absolutely amazing the guys here really know what you want and help you out to the fullest! Had a great experience here and will definitely be coming back and buying online when the offer it!
I found this place looking for A specific brand of nicotine pouches, the website of the company listed Smokey’s as one of (the only) vape stores that sold it. The staff there is extremely helpful and kind and we’re very knowledgeable about everything in the store.
