This place is outstanding! Always honest - has even told my boyfriend how to deal with minor things himself. We’ve brought Rusty 4 of our vehicles (including my teenager’s first vehicle) and have had the best service every time. Amber really knows her stuff and is always so helpful. I really feel like I get my money’s worth at this shop.

Scale of 1-10, 10 being the best. Smokey Point Auto Repair gets a -1. That's a minus one. Sad when people (owner) believes their own BS, knowing full well it's BS. My recommendation, steer clear of that place. I asked the owner (AFTER my own fiasco experience there ) his criteria for hiring mechanics. He told me if they say they are a mechanic, he'll give 'em a try. If the "mechanic" messes up, he fires them. End of story.
Gives time frames they can't even meet. Ridiculous.
They went above and beyond to help me get my car repaired. Service was way beyond my expectations!
