Services are a complete overcharge. Beware of incompletion of services. When speaking with customers they are bias and rude. They yell and threaten to revoke warranty when customer brings up issue with services received so that business can make it right in good faith.

My order was for a new radio to replace the old one. The guys at the shop suggested a Kenwood DMX125BT ... pictured below. As an upsell they also suggested the replacement Climate control module pictured below as well. To be fair both of these items looked great once installed. The problem however came later. A few days after I got the new system installed, I noticed that my truck wouldn't start... I took it to AutoZone and they verified that I had a bad battery, so I replaced it and went about my day. Waste of.time. went there twice WITH SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS for window tinting. Both times waited over an hour just to be told their tint guy wasn't there. Quoted at 190.and raised.price to 275 when I got there. Paid the 275 and wasted 2 hours first day. Rescheduled for another day and guess what, the tint guy wasn't there yet again. Employees are a mess and lackadaisical. Take it or leave it attitude. No apologies, nothing. I highly advise you read their Google.reviews, not just these.
