yesterday 2/22/2019 they came without warning and took a lift used to transport my 37 year old special needs son safely from chair to bed and etc. we received the lift last Saturday (almost a week ago) after a 2 week stay in the hospital , most of it in ICU. The person who came to pick it up said it was a mistake that they wasn't contacted with Ballad and if we wanted to keep it we could pay for it. , to my understanding they only has to be contacted with our insurance.
