I had a really great experience with Smokey Mo's BBQ despite some major confusion with DoorDash. I received three separate texts saying my order was canceled, but never got a confirmation that the order had actually been received by the restaurant. To be sure, I called the store and they confirmed they did have my order. When I called back a bit later, Copeland let me know the order was still there and explained that since I had received cancellation texts, it was unlikely a DoorDash driver would come pick it up. Friendly fast service, great food and nice clean patio.
Updated my review. Customer service was great. I had one concern which they addressed immediately, I will definitely be back.
This was my first time ordering breakfast from here and my oh my, the biscuits and gravy with egg, brisket and sausage was phenomenal! The gravy could be a tad thicker but nonetheless delicious food!!!
