We designed and built a custom house with Nathan. The process was smooth and the experience and input he provided really helped us make great choices. We just picked it up and I could not believe the final product. It far exceeded my expectations and would not change on thing! This is my second Ice Castle, but first time buying through Smokey Hills. I would recommend them to anyone!

I've been in retail for 26 years and a business owner for 17. I had Smokey Hills do a custom built for me last summer. The one thing that continues to impress me the most is there top-notch customer service! I cannot stress enough how impressed I've been with the whole process. Your staff is knowledgeable and always willing to do what you can for your customers. You will have a lifelong customer here! Keep up the great work guys thanks again!
Worst customer service ever !!!! We are going thru our personal bank and called for prices of the two houses we were trying to decide between because neither of them were listed on line and the guy said he refused to send us compatibles to help his competition sell houses!!! Well little did he know we were ordering it from there!! Well def not any more !!! We will take our money some where else!!!!
Will definetly be back when it's time to order the next castle!!!
