Smoketree Landscape - our job was in November/December 2024. There was a disagreement about how the backyard was graded, but they had a different recollection of what was verbally agreed. Since the contract did not describe the work other than Demo & Fine Grade with a list of materials I couldn’t compel them to fix it. They were willing to do the work for an additional charge but I declined. Smoketree was already the most expensive bid we received. We went with them because of reputation, but that was a mistake.
