Messed up my order and charged me for it and refused a refund. And then tried to sell it again to a different customer. Double charging is crazy!!! Also touching her face while wearing her gloves and continues to serve the food is beyond disgusting.

The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes, which were generous enough to leave us satisfied. Very disappointing experience at Smokes Poutinerie in Kelowna. The fries were clearly old, extremely overcooked, and tasted burnt. I politely asked if they could replace them with a fresh batch, but they refused. We ended up wasting $32 on food that was practically inedible. It’s disappointing that they didn’t care about the quality of the food or customer satisfaction. We will definitely not be coming back. Terrible service and a very frustrating experience.
