Staff is friendly and helpful. Recently bought 3 refil cartridges for the raz system. 7 days after purchase found one of the $20 refills doesn't work properly and drains the entire battery constantly while not in use. Brought it back to them and was told there is a 24 hour window to return pods. I bought 3 pods last week. So I would have to open all three first day try them, then return any problem ones and let them sit opened while I went through them? That does not make sense to me. They do not stand behind their products.... read more
This store exceeds the 5 star rating. The staff is very knowledgeable about devices and always help with recommendations. I believe her name is Tara, she is the sweetest person on the planet, and she’s the most helpful out of everyone( not saying the rest aren’t) they are so lucky to have her and should be grateful to have a person like her working there
Great shop lot of products to choose from.owner is amazing anytime the staff doesn't no something they call her and she educates them quick, normally for the glass because my wife breaks hers alot.
