OK So how do I start! The Gal at the Front Desk A+ Super helpful and ready to help! 5 STARS+. The Factory A+ 5 STARS+ more if possible. I have been in the manufacturing business for over 25 years. In the Boat business 15 years Retail and Wholesale and manufacturing in the Horse trailer business as a Rep for 2 Aluminum manufactures for 10 years. The receptionist was the most helpful person I've talked to in along time...
I found the receptionist to be courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. She informed me that I needed to speak with Jim and he was on another call. She took my number and five minutes later Jim called. He was also courteous and knowledgeable. After discussing my issue he is sending me parts needed to rectify the problem. What an awesome group of dedicated individuals! With customer service like that, I'd buy another Smoker Craft in a heartbeat.
Good luck at getting help the lady at front desk won't give you a second of her time. They don't care about you for a second wish I knew this before buying a smokercraft.
