I was excited to come back to smoke N ash because my last experience was wonderful however, this trip was much different the food was not as good as I remembered and the waiters were not attentive to the customers. It was not just me. I had to get my own to go box. I had no one to come to the table but once to ask how was the food. I also had to go to the cashier and pay my bill. The waiter never came back to my table. Don't know if you have new cooks but you need new ones. Very disappointed will not be back.
The overall experience was disappointing. The atmosphere was fine, but the service for our group was extremely slow. As someone who is currently pregnant and has a sensitive stomach, I ended up having to send my meal back. The loaded fries were decent, but they were the highlight of an otherwise underwhelming visit. One of the biggest issues was the service. This is my first time visiting with my mom and my daughter. I ordered the baked potato with chicken and loads of vegetables. The catfish was great as well. We will definitely return
Been wanting to try this for a while. It over achieved, highly recommend! The ribs are so freaking good. Kira was awesome service. Loved everything about eating here
