We came today. Disappointed no ribs! That’s what we came for.😢 Decided to order: 1.) brisket sandwich $14 - good shredded brisket and bbq sauce. No condiments offered, such as pickles and onions. I was asked if I wanted jalapeño cheddar bread and I said yes, not sure if this was an upsell. 2.) Hatch Chile smash burger was delicious! Definitely a must try! Do t forget the street corn!
Smokehouse Republic at Village Creek Brewery is a perfect combo! Smoky, tender BBQ paired with incredible craft beers brewed right on site. The brisket is outstanding and the atmosphere is relaxed and fun. Staff are friendly and passionate. Great spot for a casual night out.
My wife and I grabbed ribs, sausage and the street corn with brisket from Smokehouse Republic. All items were great. The ribs were sweet and delicious. We had the green onion sausage and loved it but will be trying the jalapeño sausage next time. My favorite food was the street corn with brisket.
The food was really great and the owner was kind. We will definitely make this a regular place for us.
