Great community friendly staff. Cool loft style Apts in The Bottom
My first year was great so I resigned to what I thought would be a better unit, I was wrong. I've had issues with downstairs neighbor playing loud music until 5 am. Management sent me to police but police sent me back to management so now Im stuck in limbo. I'm in a corner unit and I can hear noise from every corner from the ceiling or on the ground from what I guess is bad. On top of that repair now takes a long time to get done. I once went almost 2 months without heat!
don't even bother. cockroach infestation has been a HUGE issue since we moved in. have attempted over and over to get them treated by management with nothing more than "a plan is in place" yet pest control doesn't show up when they are supposed to. this is from OUR KITCHEN! it is a nightmare living like this.
Disappointing experience. The persistent roach infestation in the apartment has been a nightmare. Despite repeated emails about the issue, the management has continuously ignored and brushed off concerns. They've claimed to schedule pest control multiple times, but that has been a lie. The dishonesty and lack of action regarding this health hazard reflect a complete disregard for tenants' well-being. Unacceptable.
