I am new to Richmond but I LOVE these lofts. The exposed brick, the layouts and the cleanliness! The location is close to cool hang out sports and plenty of restaurants which is the bonus ticket for me. This might not be important to others but for me their customer service was amazing as well. It seems like everywhere else seriously lacked solid customer service but this place delivered on it all. I am so glad my friend recommended me.

I love Smokehouse Lofts' location and its 19th-century colonial feel. It's located nearby the Virginia State Capitol and five recreational parks. It's a smoke-free space, and the apartments are stylish with beautiful windows. I had the opportunity to enjoy the city of Richmond and this building in particular during my tour. The price is reasonable. I recommend these apartments.
The property has had such a beautiful turn around. The units are well kept up. I love how close it is to my favorite restaurants downtown.
I had the opportunity to tour these apartments and they truly capture everything RVA has to offer. The layout is beautiful. The apartment is well maintained and the location couldn’t be better. You’re just steps away from local restaurants, clubs, and only minutes from the James River with a kayaking spot nearby to rent. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great Richmond living experience.
