We couldn’t have asked for a better meal from Smokehouse Catering. The prime rib was excellent, the Halibut Alyeska was delicious as were the potato and salad side dishes. Thanks to the Chef for a fantastic meal!
The beauty of the Alaskan mountaintops. The majesty of a whale cresting the water. Could anything upstage these experiences? Yes, Smokehouse catering can, and did. Mostapha, the man who served our food, was a funny, friendly guy who told us “you will tell me ‘this is the best seafood chowder I have ever had!’” Having had dozens of seafood soups and chowders, I didn’t believe him.
