Easily some of the best BBQ we have ever had and it came right to our front door here at Bergstrom Toyota! The whole team was raving about it all day! The meat was perfectly smoked, the chicken was juicy and not dried out, the sides were clearly made from scratch, and that brisket mac is a game-changer. Leonard and his wife were professional, friendly, and total masters of their craft. Can't wait to have them back! P.S Their Banana Pudding is the perfect dessert :)
Visited the Smokehound BBQ truck at a festival in my neighborhood. I couldn't believe how good the brisket was. Tender and tasty to the max. My meal with pulled pork and two sides was an overall great value as well. Their truck doesn't suck.
Leonard and his team provide a great culinary experience through their food truck! We just had them as a vendor at our wedding in Oshkosh and people were raving about the quality of food. Multiple people shared "it was the best wedding food we've ever had." They were efficient in serving guests, kind, and delivered! Highly recommend!
Very nice portion. Both pulled pork & brisket sandwiches were moist. Nice smoke & bark. True pit master.
