Only smoke shop in town I go to. I work nearby so it started as convenience, but they have never done me wrong and have definitely gained a loyal customer. All the employees are super kind and patient, and always give me reccomendations that hit everytime. Mo was mad helpful when I bought a vape that was bugging, and he helped figure out what was wrong and fixed the problem. I see other people have had issues, and I'm not invalidating that, but if you come in and you're nice to them, they're gonna be nice right back.

I, unfortunately, am proof that no matter how great a place is, all it takes is one bad experience to ruin the vibe and run off a loyal customer. I love this store, the employees are nice and super helpful. I'm really gonna miss it. I've been a once to twice weekly customer since the Walton Ave store first opened. I bought an ejuice from there that was expired, and honestly, now that I know better that's on me, I should've opened up the box there and checked before I left.
