I was a little disappointed with the owner. I am a 100% disabled veteran living on a fixed income. I went their to buy a pipe and I used the expertise of the salesperson who was a woman. I told her my needs and she recommended a pipe and I bought it. I took it home and tried it out and found that the reservoir was too shallow for my needs. So I cleaned it up and went to exchange it and because I tried it he would not exchange it. So now I am stuck with a pipe I can't use and I am out $40.00.
