The brisket was very juicy and flavorful with the right amount of smoke and rub. Owners were very nice. Will definitely be back next time we're coming through the area.
The best barbecue and brisket I’ve had in years! The ribs fell off the bone and the brisket was very tender. Everyone was so happy we stopped here for lunch during our road trip!
Great time at smoke and time bbq. Perfect bite to eat on our Saturday drive. The ribs and brisket were fantastic, banana pudding was out of the world. Everything down to the side pickles and onions was incredible. Trish was great and a pleasure to get to talk to. Cant wait to go back!
