We hired Smoke Slingers for my in-laws 50th Wedding Anniversary. Todd and Lita was so helpful from start to finish. He walked us through how much food we should expect to order, discussed the menu at length and we felt confident knowing exactly what to expect come party day. The food was prepared perfectly, ready to place in our hot plates! The sides Mac N Cheese and Pit Beans were superb. Roadside Barbeque and Catering has delicious green chili. It is very flavorful with a perfect amount of zip! Their pulled pork is so juicy and tasty. I recommend giving them a try☺️
OMG delicious! The brisket is rich, tender, flavorful and smoky. The ribs are fall off the bone, juicy and just the right zip. The burnt ends are rich, buttery, meat candy! Highly recommended! Thank you Smoke Slinger for the wonderful meals!
