Ken likes to promise stuff. Ken apparently doesn't like to deliver on his promises. I waited a week for him to call back. Then he promised to call back the next day with ideas for a repair. He didn't. I called him several days later. Then he promised to hopefully find the part I needed. Never heard from Ken again. If I were Ken I 'd feel blessed that biz is so good, he can simply ignore the customers that don't have easy issues.
