I placed an order online for squeeze bottles and received both an order confirmation and an email from Shawn Stobbe, the President and CEO, saying my order would ship the next day. I waited two weeks before following up, understanding that standard shipping can take some time, but I never received a response to my emails or calls. I never got my package or a refund. I’m happy to change my review if this gets resolved.

I ordered a pitboss and paid 1151 for it july 29 it is now sept 11 and I have yet to receive it. I have send countless emails and messaged and attempted to call to get more information I eventually got told they were waiting for more units and they arrived and I would get an ETA that day or the next that was weeks ago I finally have asked for a refund im which I also have not received or heard back about. I am now out that money and item I ordered. It is completely unacceptable to treat customers like this.

I ordered a smoker online back in January 2025. After half a month, it still hadn’t been shipped. I reached out via email and was told the product was back ordered and expected to be shipped later that week. Another couple weeks later, I still hadn’t received it. I attempted sending several emails regarding it with no reply. I’ve also tried calling over a dozen times with no answer. I have left numerous voicemails, again no reply.
