Absolutely terrible customer service. I bought a vape that was so unbelievably sweet it was impossible for me to enjoy. I went back hoping to exchange it for a different flavor, and Sarah was completely dismissive. Instead of trying to help or offer any kind of solution, she immediately hid behind the store’s policy and acted like my business didn’t matter. I understand stores have policies, but customer service goes a long way—and there was none here. I’ll be taking my business somewhere that actually values its customers. ... read more
The lady that is working tonight 12/23/2025 at 6:19pm is very rude to customers. I called to ask a question and the first time I called it rang twice and went to voicemail, so I hung up and called back thinking it was something wrong with the call and she answered very rudely and told me not to call. So now I will not even consider shopping at this location. I would recommend going to vapors for better service and friendly staff!!
Merci, gracias, danke, & thank you Darius
