This place is a joke, managed for clowns, I went there last week, first of all the server duplicate my order, when the second arrived I refused to take it, they charged me twice anyway, despite the fact that I spoke with the manager on duty, on another note the food is trash, you can eat better in McDonald's or Burger King for sure, prices really high and the worst is the quality of the customers, I supposed this place was a High end cigar club, with sport stars, business people etc, no, a bunch of cheap people, if you value... read more
This was my first time there and also the last!!! This people overcharged me today, they charged me twice for the food because they placed the order twice!!! The service was bad and slow and I explained the 2nd order was a mistake and they denied the claim and insisted in the charge.... Ridiculous!! Don't even bother to go to that place. There are better places for cigar smokers at the plaza and much better food options....
Our waitress Paige was the BEST!!! Top notch customer service
Vibe is great food is exquisite I was told by barback Sweeney about the place and will def be back more
