The worst maintenance I have ever had my whole life of rentin . Part of the problem is their employees bonus is based on outsourcing the maintenance work done on the homes. They want the bonuses so getting work done is almost impossible. My air went out yesterday they sent maintenance person and that person looked at it said he was going to office to get camera and never came back or heard from. Office made him go home .
