As a buyer Pros: you have a place to live that’s decently quiet. (even though lot rent goes up each year and you know eventually you’ll have to move out because +1k/month for land you can do nothing too (except add pavers out of your own pocket so you can have a bit of extra parking space) and get complaints about things you can do nothing about consistently is a bit much to deal with for life. The 5 stars is for Fabian the maintenance man. He is knowledgeable about the property and was able to address every issue with quick efficiency.
No pool mostly people buying and putting in trailer court a little shady..The reviews go from 1 o 5 stars ?? If your Latino they welcome you.! My sister and I went there and they just rolled their eyes and said nothing was available.! Didn't even say hi,hello or have a nice day when leaving ! Very rude person at front desk area.! Were older Irish/ native American decent .😒😦

The worst maintenance I have ever had my whole life of rentin . Part of the problem is their employees bonus is based on outsourcing the maintenance work done on the homes. They want the bonuses so getting work done is almost impossible. My air went out yesterday they sent maintenance person and that person looked at it said he was going to office to get camera and never came back or heard from. Office made him go home . They never let us know. They ghosted us. They could have brought us the portable air conditioner that the... read more
