Called him to ask about STAR certified smog for DMV regeneration. He assured he can do it. Came and did a smoke ckeck not smog. Had to pay a professional smog shop to redo. He doesn't pick up his phone after he took my money because he knows he did a smoke check thats not even required for DMV. Stay away from this crook.
