Amazing food. We had catering for 40 people with a variety of smoked meats and sides. Everything was delicious. Even those who don't normally eat things like coleslaw had rave reviews about it. Perfection!

The best bbq catering business out there. Killer brisket. Cold smoked cheeses. All the best parts of a pig, cooked to perfection. When I found out that he smokes whole turkeys for Thanksgiving, I ordered one, and never looked back. My entire family now looks forward to Thanksgiving, and it's not because of grandma's punkin pie.
Smoke Banshee is the best. The best smoked cheeses. The best smoked meats. Simply the best!
