Luke got back to me within minutes and was able to talk me through on the phone for the issue I was facing with my two different types of smoke alarms. This morning I text Luke at around 6am as our smoke alarms had gone off 3 times in quick succession for no reason. We have not previously had dealings with Luke but he could not have been more helpful. He sent me clear texts on what to do to turn them off, clean them then turn the problem alarm back on. I would highly recommend Luke and his company. So great to receive such good service which unfortunately is these days far from the norm.
Luke from the first contact was prompt polite and very professional. He arrived on time and completed the job with minimal fuss. He explained all the necessary details and was a pleasure to meet. No hesitation whatsoever to highly recommend this local Man and his company. Wonderful.
I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Luke's honesty, punctuality and communication was the best I have experienced of any trade. The installation of the new smoke alarms was super speedy and he he took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the products.
