Great to deal with very helpful
Really happy with the work that Luke performed. He gave us several cost effective price level options, and explained the pros and cons of them. On the day he was considerate, prompt, cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend him if you need to get yourself compliant.
Luke got back to me within minutes and was able to talk me through on the phone for the issue I was facing with my two different types of smoke alarms. As a single mother, with limited technical knowledge, he was a lifesaver. He was kind, experienced, and generous- because he fixed the issue without having to go through with a call out fee. Luke was very helpful with fixing our smoke alarms that were randomly going off. Very appreciative of his quick response, especially at Christmas time when he is very busy! Highly recommend Smoke Alarmed!
This morning I text Luke at around 6am as our smoke alarms had gone off 3 times in quick succession for no reason. We have not previously had dealings with Luke but he could not have been more helpful. He sent me clear texts on what to do to turn them off, clean them then turn the problem alarm back on. I would highly recommend Luke and his company. So great to receive such good service which unfortunately is these days far from the norm.
