This is the best barbecue in Minnesota! The craft beer menu is outstanding as well! I highly recommend the carolina pulled pork!

I'm editing my review to 4 stars right now, as the owner has reached out with an apology, and I understand that mistakes happen. My first visit to smoke was 5-star. I'm going to go back, and give it another try. If my next visit is like my first visit, I'm going to chalk this one bad experience up to a fluke, and edit my review to 5-star. This was my second time here. My first experience was great! It was so good the first time, that I brought my wife for our anniversary, and its a one hour drive from home. This place was fantastic! The food was amazing, and Kenny and the staff truly know how to take care of their customers. We highly recommend it and will 100% be coming back!
I got the pulled pork sandwich and tots. The flavor of the pork was excellent. I couldn't eat it all because the portion was huge.
