Get the veggie fries! Fries smothered with cheese, onions and peppers. To die for!

We bicycled to the Presque Isle art show during Marquette's Art Week, and while there were tempted by the tantalizing aromas coming from the Smokd food truck. We decided to try it out, and WOW! It was absolutely amazing. We had the brisket fries and BOB (Brisket on a Bun) baskets. Both of them had tender brisket, the fries were crisp and crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the slaw that went with it was fantastic as well. I had the brisket burger and my husband had the corn beef sandwich. It was amazing, so much flavor. The cole slaw was the best I have ever had.
