Wow!! Incredible customer service no matter how large or small the order. Travis was exceptional today in getting the correct order delivered - Had a mixup with my uber eats order where I received the wrong order and gave it back to the delivery driver - called in to ask if they still had my original order and travis was able to confirm. Its a nice place to stop by, service is polite. Im still not used to have free refills, so I dont know when to stop, i had like 12 diet cokes and almost die Thank you smok haus to have out group!
Honestly if you go to any bbq spot in the city for just any where not in Long Island its way better then this, the portions were small, prices were okay not great, the bbq sauce they offer is watered down alot not thick and glossy, pulled pork and pulled chicken just tasted like some you can make at home also the mac n cheese, fires are whatever, bakes beans were really sweet, idk i think i just have really high standards because the ones in nyc are top notch
