Went there for the first time last night because I'm homesick for Texas BBQ. I was really disappointed. Yes, the beef was moist, but I wouldn't call that a smoked brisket. No smoke ring, just a whiff of smoke flavor. It was more like a very good piece of pot roast. We ordered the pork belly bites and they were good. The pulled pork was ok.
