Literal hole in the wall, but the food is awesome! I had the brisket platter with mac & cheese and collard greens. The brisket was tender and flavorful, the greens were well-seasoned, and the mac & cheese was smokey and delicious. Husband had the ribs with baked beans - also excellent. The proprietor is very friendly and personable. Food came out quickly, and was a decent price for the amount and quality of food.
Many things on the menu I want to try! Located behind Strangeways brewing co. Good BBQ and definitely worth checking out.
Always in search of an awesome barbecue place , and this is it. The pork is selected from a vendor in Minnesota and some of the best pork i've ever tasted. I'm told the preparation of the meat is also what makes it special, can I believe it. I have one regret going there , not getting a full pound of the brisket.It absolutely was the best brisket i've ever had
We came here during the week for lunch for the first time and it did not disappoint. The owner was so friendly and hospitable. I ordered the brisket platter with 2 sides (smoky mac n cheese and collard greens) and my husband ordered burnt ends with baked beans and sweet potatoes. The food all around was delicious (I’m craving those collard greens again today!) and the sauces we chose (smoky apple and old carolina) were the perfect touch. We can’t wait to go back again.
