SmogTech is a professional, well-priced Test-Only California Certified SMOG Station. We are conveniently located in the heart of Sacramento on the corner of Elder Creek and Power Inn roads. We are open Monday-Friday from 9:30am to 5:00pm and Saturdays from 10:00am-2:00pm. If you are required to get your car tested at a Test Only station, stop by SmogTech and see the difference.

Stay away from this shop! Called to bring in my car, they told me to make an appointment and gave me a quote, cant just bring the car in. Made the so called "appointment" and showed up the following day and they had no record of any appointments. They don't do appointments. Took my car down to a shop off Fruitridge and they took car of me for a lot less! KC Smog.
Quick friendly smog check
No wait or short wait. Easy in and out each time. I’ve been using this facility for four years more without any issues.
Reasonable price and very friendly
Very slow service and he wouldn't explain to me what a "drive cycle" is. He told me to just keep driving, I drove it for 500 miles and went back and everything passed except the catalytic monitor. All I had to do was idle my car for about 20 mins and the test would've been done. He never told me. Probably wanted me to keep going back and pay him everytime i fail. I had to find out for myself from a friend.
