These guys are the rudest people I've ever dealt with. This process should be simple and painless but these guys make it the worst. With so many places you can get a smog done, don't waste your time going here
My car failed the test because my battery had been depleted. I was told there would be no charge to perform the re-test unfortunately this was not true as I was charged an additional $25 when my car passed. The total charges for my smog test ended up at $108.00. I will not return to this merchant. There should be negative stars for these guys on customer service.
