My car failed here because "there were supposed to be 3 catalytic converters and there was a 4th one welded on the bottom of the car." I took to another place and had it retested and they told me there were only 3 and I passed! He was doing voice Google searches to see what parts should look like. He doesn't seem to know what he's doing. I also used a Groupon so beware.
This is a very shady business. Keep away from this place. They purposely fail your car and tell you to come back and pay for a re-test as soon as they get to know you paid via Groupon. I saw three women getting their cars failed and being asked to come in for a re-test before my turn came up and low and behold, Frank pulled the same trick on me.
