They should tell you that you have to pay whether you pass or fail instead of babbling on about pointless info of molecules. Also I asked if there was someone after me because I had a friend pulling up and they just happened to need a smog also. His answer was so rude I decided not to even bother. You maybe good at some work behind the scenes where you don’t see people but customer service is not your expertise by a long stretch.
Extremely impatient to thr point of being rude. After reading reviews I see that I'm not alone and came out alright with an "05 Sprinter that passed the 1st time and for a reasonable price. Unfortunate that one employee with a horrible bedside manner can ruin an otherwise professional experience
Avoid~ Read Reviews Posted!! Bad Bad Bad<> 50-60 yr old guy there is a Rip Off. They take your Groupon alright and make you mark it as USED as they get ready to prepare the paper work. Will make you retest, supposedly not enough info on my car. So he said, drive another 200 miles and come back. Seems other previous reviews would have led me to make a better choice. AJ smog tested my 2008 Mazda and was in and out there within 15 minutes. Thought me a few knowledge about the smog system, always good to learn specially i used to work in automotive. People in the review said hes rude but people gotta understand hes just working all position at once by himself. Would definitely bring all my cars here.
My car failed here because "there were supposed to be 3 catalytic converters and there was a 4th one welded on the bottom of the car." I took to another place and had it retested and they told me there were only 3 and I passed! He was doing voice Google searches to see what parts should look like. He doesn't seem to know what he's doing. I also used a Groupon so beware.
