Fantastic service center! I called before visiting, and the staff member was incredibly polite over the phone. He explained their first-come, first-served policy and generously offered a discount without me even asking. I drove over immediately for a smog check. This was my first visit, and I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and customer-centric approach. The quality of work is top-notch. I highly recommend this business to everyone. Do not go here, this place will not honor your coupon and will find an excuse to add charges to a simple smog. Technician is extremely rude and his attitude against me was awful. I didn’t check the reviews before taking my car here unfortunately but I was disappointed to see so many other people had a similar poor experience with the same technician. This guy should not have a customer service job.
Do not waste your time here, very disrespectful.
