Please do not bring your car here. The level of back and forth I’ve went through is so disappointing. The receptionist or main mechanic guy is named Ordell. engages in negative business practices, and when I asked why my entire transmission went out after replacing the spark plugs, he got loud and accused me of lying and told me they “fix those problems” and I know nothing about cars. Mind you, I drive a 2005 Volkswagen Beetle and take care of my car to the bone- after I changed the spark plugs because I reached the mileage ... read more
