Not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from -- I suspect competitors since the smog test shops are so competitive -- but my wife and I both have been getting our cars tested here for years and have had nothing but great interactions with Albert and his staff. Give them a try. If you call ahead they will tell you how busy they are. I've never waited more than a half hour to get mt car smoged.
