Fast. Friendly. Family owned. I've taken many cars there and have never had any problems with paperwork or DMV certification. There are plenty of emissions shops in Chico (Smogbusters, Pep Boys, Payless 4x4, Boradori's, etc.......) that you can take your vehicle to for emissions testing, but (owner) Lupe is a great guy and knows his stuff! He's not just some random kid that graduated smog machine operation school...... he KNOWS a heck of a lot more than what that smog inspection machine is capable of doing.

Lupe & Ivan are always polite & professional. They greet each customer with a smile. No hassle, quick service, with straight forward results! I bring all of my vehicles to Smog Inspector!! They get very busy but the wait time is always short. By far the best smog shop in town!

Smog Inspector Lupe is the best! I take all my car dealership cars to him and used to own a smog shop for several years so I have a little insight into this area. Honest, knowledgeable and a kind human being. There are definitely others that are good. Lupe is the best.
