The shop owner is friendly and when it’s your turn for the smog check, the job is done in 15 minutes as promised. The location is small whit 3 parking spots + street parking, and if there’s a line in front of you, you need to wait 15 minutes x the number of people ahead of you. Overall great service.
I went to Smog Express in Richmond today to get a smog check for my 2013 Toyota Corolla. There were four cars before me, but I expected that because I called first and I was told that ahead of time. This place is really good, which is why it is popular and I didn’t mind waiting for good service. I had a choice to wait in my car or wait in their waiting room in their parking lot in front of the business. The waiting went by pretty quickly.
