Straight-talking older gentleman and his wife were nice enough, coupon price was good, wait was ok, but with certificates being submitted electronically these days, I didn't realize that I still had to bring my paper DMV renewal notice that I got in the mail. I had the same renewal info for them from the DMV site on my phone, but they charged an extra $3 for not having the physical paperwork. I did not see that info anywhere on their ads or Web site.
