I came in for a smog check today because I had a coupon advertising a price of $31.75. Nowhere on the coupon did it say that certain vehicle types were excluded, so I expected that price when I arrived. However, when I brought in my Toyota C-HR, which is a small crossover/SUV, I was told the coupon did not apply to my vehicle and I was charged $41.75 instead (plus the $8.25 certificate fee). Whoever was working on January 30th at noon is extremely unprofessional and should not be working with any customers. Never going back to this place again
