They have a few different smog check stations that I can pick and choose. The prices are different. Initially I was a bit nervous since you need to pay first online. So I called 1-800 number to understand the process plus Google online search, which made me comfortable enough to pay online. Then, next day to do check. The overall experience is pleasant. The price is very competitive.
An awful experience! They misrepresented themselves on their website regarding what was needed for my vehicle to pass a simple smog check. I booked & paid online and when I got there, the person who was to do the smog check on my vehicle couldn't even find my information and I had to call their support phone number for assistance. My vehicle had a 'service engine soon' message on my dashboard console. Apparently, this automatically causes a Fail on the smog test. I needed to do a quick smog check for my car. The job has been completed just about little under 30 minutes. The management is very professional, trustworthy and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend this is place!!
Prompt and professional service. Very clear and value was there. I also saw the owner help out different customer who was a newer driver through the process in a very kind and patient way. I don't usually post reviews, but this was worth saying something about.
I needed to take my 2005 Prius to a STAR smog check station to renew its registration, and this was the closest one to my house. I called to check wait time (none) and price ($88 including certificate) and headed over. Time from driving in to having the certificate in my hand: 12 minutes. Rashidi was friendly, clear, and quick. I'll be back in a couple of years.
