Very efficient, in and out in 15-20 minutes. They know what they are doing .
DO NOT GO HERE. There are many other places to get smog done in Santa Cruz. Don't give them your service. I took my car in for a smog check and felt like I got scammed. My transmission was replaced the day before and they said I failed smog because the car was not driven far enough for the sensors to give a proper reading. They charged me the full price for a false negative on the smog check and they offered to do another test after I drove it 60 miles for 30% off... They should ask customers if their battery has been unplug... read more
Got in first thing in the AM and found 7 others with the same idea! Got the smog check done in an appropriate amount of time. Try to get yourself an appointment, if not try later in the morning.
Excellent, fast, efficient, friendly and prices haven't changed for 2 years, still $50 with their $5 coupon that is readily available.
