On their voicemail they say show up anytime when they're open till 5:00 and I showed up at 4:45 and they had left early and just left and locked it. Waste my gas driving all the way out there thinking that I would be able to get in
Garbage service. I drive all the way over here yesterday,said they can’t do it because my car is 2000 or older. TOLD ME TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY,and turned me away again..idiots
Excellent customer service
Avoid. They’re con men. The man charged me upfront and then when I returned to pick up my car they told me my car could not be smogged and I was “wasting their time”, then they wouldn’t refund me. I ended up getting it smogged down the street for cheaper. I’m annoyed that they didn’t explain what the issue was or refund me if they couldn’t even work on it. At least just tell me the problem or give me my money back, what a scam.
