Waited for ten minutes, only for the smog tech to let two people hop the line. Pricey compared to nearby stations. Would not recommend.
I appreciate your response. Truth still is that the DMV did not receive my smog. They ask for a tip and if you don't tip them they don't forward your smog to the DMV - meaning you have to mail it or turn it in person! So inconvenient!
