Mechanic was very rude me. Would call me over to ask something about my car then proceed to shoo me away to the office. I remained as respectful as possible but he began saying I had "a story" behind being there. Took out all my items from my glove department as well and just left them on my passenger seat with no explanation. Started with a $69 price and ended up at $108 because I "made him work" which was him checking the numbers on my catalytic converters.
Best smog check service ever. Fred went above and beyond to inspect my vehicle and certify that it passed correctly. I will return to bring all my vehicles in the future. Thank you Fred!
My husband always does his smog check here in the past few years since we got this car. Drove and out in 10 mins, reasonable price, super efficient and straight forward. They know what they are doing and they are upfront about that. We wanted to change our brakes and the owner said the brakes are still in a good shape, so we did not have to waste our money on it. I came for a smog check inspection. I waited 2 hours for my car to be inspected. They said my car would not pass because the catalytic converted had been changed. They gave me back my car with NO receipt or paper work saying they inspected the car or that it had failed the smog check. I told them they're not allowed to touch my car anymore because it seems like the businessman here does not know what he is doing.
